Current students, faculty, and staff can download search results in Guidestar by creating an account with a Yale email address and logging into Yale's Guidestar Pro subscription.
- Click on the Tools dropdown to download your queue. You will be directed to a new page, where you will see your queue, saved organizations, and current monthly totals for your account.
- Your results will appear under Download history and a Download link will appear when our file is ready.
- You will also receive an email from Guidestar notifying you that your download is ready. The link in this email will not work if you are off campus.
- Instead, use the Download queue page in your Guidestar account. Always use the Guidestar Pro link provided by Yale Library.
