The Capital IQ plugin for Excel is only available on windows machines, If your personal machine is a Mac, you may use any Marx computer to access the Capital IQ plugin. You will have to install the plugin on the machine first. This process takes around 5 minutes.
Step 1: Open the Software Center by clicking the windows icon and searching for it:
Step 2: In the software center applications menu, locate Capital IQ and select it by clicking:
Step 3: Click Install:
Step 4: Once the installation is complete, restart the computer:
Step 5: Open an Excel Worksheet and enter your Capital IQ credentials to use the plugin and download templates:
