First, make sure you are connected to the Yale network: if you are off-campus, this means connecting to the Yale network using Cisco Anyconnect VPN client. If you are on campus, use the Yale Secure wifi network.
If you have confirmed that you are on the Yale network and are still seeing an error message, try one of the following:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- In Chrome, clear your browsing data for Capital IQ or SPGlobal following these steps:
- Settings
- Privacy and Security
- Third-party Cookies
- See all site data and permissions
- Search for "Capital IQ" or "SP Global"
- Click the trash can icon next to "capitaliq.com" or "spglobal.com"
- Try logging in on a different browser
